About the role

• You’ll be overseeing the full delivery of commercial HVAC projects across Auckland, from design and planning through to final handover
• Responsible for coordinating site activity, managing subcontractors, and ensuring timelines and budgets are met without compromising quality
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants and internal teams, ensuring clear communication at every stage
• Drive project performance by proactively resolving issues, managing risk, and maintaining progress across multiple jobs
• Ensure full compliance with NZ building codes, health and safety legislation, and project-specific quality standards

Skills and Experience

• NZ Trade Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical or related mechanical discipline
• 10+ years of trade experience with at least 5 years in Project Management within NZ
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and design-build delivery methods
• Organised, solutions-focused and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Proven experience leading medium to large commercial installations and upgrades
