About the role:
Typically working on projects $10-30mil, the role will include but not be limited to:
- Ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner
- A high level of programming and planning
- Liaising with clients and consultants
- Overseeing a site-based team
- Client management
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role for a main contractor in the local (NZ) market. Exposure to large commercial construction sites (up to $30mil) is essential.
