About the role:

With projects due to start over the coming months, this top-tier main contractor is looking to add a Project Director to the team to lead some of Auckland’s most significant Construction projects. Project vary across a number of sectors and values are in excess of $100mil. The role will include but not be limited to:

  • Ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner and within budget
  • A high level of programming and planning
  • Liaising with clients and consultants
  • Overseeing a large site-based team
  • Managing a high-profile client
  • Maintaining the highest standards of safety

About you:

I’m looking to talk to candidates who have a proven track record of delivering vertical projects over $100mil in the local market. You will have significant experience working for Tier 1/Tier 2 main contractors in the New Zealand market or overseas.
