This Tier 2 main contractor continue to thrive when others have struggled. This business has built an outstanding reputation and continue to win a large amount of work. As their Interiors/small works division continues to grow they are looking to expand the team.
The role:
As the Construction Manager you will be working on multiple projects, overseeing projects through their full lifecycle to handover. Being able to oversee the financial aspects and work in tandem with a Quantity Surveyor is essential. You will oversee small site based teams and be able to work autonomously and drive this business unit forward.
About you:
The ideal candidate would be a Senior Project Manager (or similar) with a proven track record of delivering small Commercial or Fit-out projects who is looking for a platform to take their career to the next level. Having an understanding of the Commercial aspects of running projects is essential. Experience in a similar/related role in the local market is also essential.
