This top-tier organization has a track record of excellence across diverse commercial projects. They are now seeking a Project Architect to lead projects & mentor across the studio.
Skills and experience:
- NZ Registered Architect
- 10 - 15 years’ NZ experience
- Recent NZ commercial project exposure
- Proficiency in Revit
Responsibilities:
- Managing key client relationships, liaising with consultants and other stakeholders
- Delivering on documentation and coordination
- Leading weekly team meetings to align priorities, conduct design QA, and effectively delegate resources
