About the role:
You will provide vital administrative and client support to ensure seamless mortgage processes, and assist with research to support the mortgage advisors in delivering tailored solutions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are key to excelling in this role.
- Supporting the advisor with new lending applications
- Collecting necessary documents from clients
- Negotiating favourable terms with various lenders
- Efficiently managing CRM and refixes
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in New Zealand residential lending
- Brokerage expertise is highly regarded
- Strong financial acumen with a passion for property investment
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a commitment to outstanding customer service
