About the role?
- 80% of the role is estimation, preparing and submitting cost estimates for commercial fit-out projects
- A focus on business development through building and maintaining client relationships
- Undertake financial reporting analysis and identify efficiency savings
- High quality output to align with company’s reputation
- Reports directly to Senior Estimator
Skills and Experience
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience estimating interior fit out projects, however also open to discussions with recent graduates
- Strong communication skills essential
- Proficient in construction estimation software
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
