About the Role
This company is now seeking an Interior Technician to drive documentation & coordination for their growing team based in Auckland CBD. The successful candidate would be heavily involved with the technical interior design works of the firm, end-to-end, and have the opportunity to work on high-end & diverse office space & healthcare projects.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Interior Design
- A strong portfolio of interior projects done in Revit, MUST include healthcare fit-outs
- Highly experienced in Revit & consent documentation, on-site observations and handover.
- Team-player and excellent communicator who's proactive and builds strong rapport.
Responsibilities
- Prepare documentation at all stages of the design phase, including working drawings, consent, and construction documentation
- At times assume the role of the lead design consultant, liaising and collaborating with other consultants to meet project design requirements
- Foster the development of Revit skills among the team by mentoring, training, and establishing standard templates
- Coordinate with local authorities and consultants to obtain Resource and Building Consents, exemptions, minor variations, and Building Consent amendments
