About the role?
- Review and interpret tender invites to prepare detailed project estimates
- Collaborate with Project Managers, clients and subcontractors to ensure each phase of your projects are monitored and adapted for cost variances
- Maintain client and supplier relationships to contribute to smooth and cost-effective execution of your projects
- Report directly to Estimation Manager
Skills/ Experience?
- At least 5 years of local experience in HVAC Estimation, trade relevant Project Engineering experience also welcome
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC, cooling, refrigeration and gas project drawings, specifications and design process
- Passion for Estimation and Quantity Surveying
- Contract work in hydraulic/ pipework Estimation experience also welcome
- An understanding of BIM/ CAD software, alongside proficiency in cost management software
