About the role:
Due to ongoing growth this Residential builder needs to add additional resource to it’s Estimating team. You will report into an Estimating Manager and the role will include but not be limited to:
- Preparing and submitting tenders of a Residential/Civil nature
- Tender presentations
- Labour and material take-offs
- Subcontractor sourcing
- Preparing subcontractor agreements
About you:
We’re looking for Estimators/Senior Estimators with a minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role. Experience in the NZ market is essential and exposure to Civil and/or Residential projects is also a minimum requirement.
