What You’ll Be Doing:
- Safely directing crane operations, rigging, and dogging lifts on complex commercial sites.
- Collaborating with crane operators and site teams to ensure seamless load handling and efficiency.
- Conducting pre-lift inspections and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Supporting the delivery of projects that set industry benchmarks in innovation and execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified NZ Dogman qualifications (mandatory).
- Proven experience in rigging and dogging lifts on large commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive, reliable, and results-driven approach.
