Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in industrial design or architecture/interior design
- Familiarity Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient in SolidWorks
- Able to produce and manipulate DWG and DXF files
- Experience with CNC, moulding, or digital printing processes a bonus
- Strong attention to detail and self-review habits
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with account managers to design, develop, and specify custom interior products
- Create concept drawings, detailed elevations, isometric views, and renders for client approval
- Liaise with architects, installers, and clients to refine designs and anticipate install challenges
- Develop production-ready files and support manufacturing with clear instructions
- Occasionally attend site visits to ensure design quality and client satisfaction
- Contribute to new product development through group ideation and critique sessions
- Engage with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and technical support
