Night Shift Site Supervisor – Interiors/Services
Looking for night work? This is a great opportunity to step into a key supervisory role on a high-profile commercial interiors project.

About the role:
You’ll take the lead on the night shift, managing a team of subcontractors and overseeing services and interiors work on a live commercial construction site. Your job is to keep things moving while maintaining top-tier health & safety standards and ensuring productivity stays high.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee sub-trades and push progress on-site
- Maintain strong H&S compliance and site discipline
- Manage site logistics and manpower
- Allocate nightly tasks and general responsibilities
- Provide clear updates and progress reporting
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial builds
- Solid understanding of services/interiors scope
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to site management
- Good knowledge of building methods, standards, and safety regs
