About the role
As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the refurbishment of commercial properties. Your key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects
- Reviewing specifications, drawings, and project plans
- Managing project schedules, timelines, and programming
- Monitoring and adhering to project budgets
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
What you need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have proven commercial main contractor experience, ideally working on large-scale refurbishment & commercial projects. Your ability to manage complex projects and deliver them on time and within budget will be crucial.
