About the role:
Your core focus will be the leadership/guidance/development a team of Project Managers and Site Managers spanning across the delivery of multiple Commercial projects up to $30mil in value.
Your extensive experience in Project Management and Project Delivery will see you add value to Pre-Construction, delivery, Health and Safety, efficiency and growth of the business unit.
Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will either have experience in a Construction Management role or be a top-drawer’ Project Manager/Senior PM ready to make the step-up into a multi-site role.
Significant experience for Commercial main contractors in the local market is essential, and a proven track record of delivering projects up to/over $50million is required. You will be dynamic, driven and a people person.
