Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 and 3 remote (and occasional onsite) support
- Act as a technical escalation point for the wider team
- Manage service desk calls and troubleshoot complex issues
- Support the cloud platform team with platform-related tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Level 3 (or similar) support roles
- Solid background in Microsoft infrastructure and M365
- Excellent communicator with proven client-facing ability
- NZ driving license
