Skills and Experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Proven experience in B2B client engagement, sales, or consulting environments
  • Ability to manage client pipelines using CRM systems 
  • Solid understanding of commercial property, design, or construction industries
  • Confident in pitching, presenting, and closing complex client deals
  • Strategic thinking and market insight, including competitor awareness
  • Self-motivated, highly organised, and capable of prioritising multiple tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full 360° client relationship and sales process
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via prospecting, cold outreach, and networking
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and pitch documents in response to RFPs
  • Collaborate with design, delivery, and marketing teams to position the business for success
  • Actively manage ongoing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
  • Maintain and grow a strong secondary industry network to support lead generation
  • Regularly contribute to strategic sales reporting and pipeline updates
  • Represent the business at industry events, functions, and social activities
  • Track and analyse competitor activity and market movements
