Are you an experienced Change Manager looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking an Intermediate Change Manager to join a high-performing team and support a range of strategic initiatives across a well-known South Island organisation.
About the Role:
As an Intermediate Change Manager, you’ll work closely with a team of senior change professionals to deliver change initiatives across multiple projects. You’ll play a key role in supporting business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and the successful adoption of new processes and systems.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your change expertise will make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior Change Managers to implement structured change methodologies.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth adoption of changes.
- Develop and deliver change communication and training plans.
- Support impact assessments and change readiness activities.
- Provide hands-on change support across multiple projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in change management, ideally within large or complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working on business transformation, system implementation, or process change projects.
- Knowledge of change methodologies such as PROSCI or ADKAR (preferred but not essential).
- A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach to change.
